Summer getaway.

Im back from my summer getaway!

Cheesecakes by MeiShen

Like I said in my previous post, I've start selling my handmade cheesecakes. 

I gave samples and there's alot of ppl start asking for recipe and want me to teach them the method as well.

To be honest, I can't. I'm Sorry. 

If it's for sale, I can't. 

I was just kidding when I said it's sellable. 

Didn't know there's reaction. 

I think I've underestimate myself and my jokes. 

I thought there will only be 1-2 person Who wanted to buy them but wow,  I'm surprised myself too. Hahaha. 

I was so so busy these few weeks.

Rushing home from work and start baking.

I'm doing everything manually,fyi.

From beating, crushing the base and everything. 

The skin on my hands start peeling off and I start getting more and more bubbles on my hands. 

:( 

Okay la, the boyfriend realize the situation and went for machine hunting with his dad for me.

So touched okay!  .I finally have a machine, but it doesn't stop my skin from peeling -.- 

Anyway, Yes, I handmade everything . From the base to the cake . Every single thing. 

Freaking proud of myself because I manage to do it. Lol. 

Worst thing?  

I baked till 1am at times and I fell asleep infront of the oven.

 imagine me jumping up when the oven alarm rang. 

:( 

Yes, it's tiring. Very tiring indeed. 

It takes time.

 But hard work definitely pays off. 

It's not abt how much I earned. 

Just that Everyone is satisfied with the cake. 

All the praise and compliments, i couldn't help but reading those and smile like a silly girl. 

I thank you, Thank you so so much for all the support I got from all of you. 

I do appreciate it, appreciate every single thing. 

Below are all I've done these 2 weeks. 

and of course, there's more to come this week. 

There's alot of order this week and I'm really really excited!  

Seeing my Facebook wall full of my cheesecake holding by other ppl make me so so so so happy. 

When life gives you lemon, turn it into a lemon cheesecake ! 

Hahahhaha.  

Who doesn't like cheese with a twist of lemon?  :) 

well, mostly Everyone love the original cheesecake. 

Personally, me too. 

So many diff flavors request this week I'm getting more anxious and excited!  

But afraid as well because mixing it for my first time.

Oh well! Hopefully lady luck be with me. Hehe!  

Twist, lick, dunk and eat!

Everyone's all time favourite, OREO CHEESECAKE!

Well, below is strawberry cheesecake,  with bits of strawberries in every single bites , last but not least, more strawberry between the cheese and base. 

Strawberry lovers will definitely love this. 

Last but not least, pure beauty. 

Peach cheesecake! 

Not too much peach bits inside the cheesecake because I doesn't want to ruin the taste of my perfect cheese. Lol. 

While the treasure lies beneath, there's more topping on top .

Monthsary @ Senja Italian Restaurant, The Saujana Hotel.

How time flies!  

It was our monthsary on the first!  

Felt like it was just yesterday when he asked. 

Silly man of mine booked Senja at Saujana Hotel  to celebrate our monthsary.

Fine dining isnt really my thing. 

Small portion with overcharged price. 

But when the man insisted, i dont say no. 

He always make a choice for our meal. 

I will make it when i crave for something, but most of the time i dont.

The environment is very very relaxing. 

If you're sitting outdoor, you'll be sitting at the lakeside.

Very  breezy as well. 

Indoor was awesome.

So many pillows around. Hehehhehe.  

Also super awesome live band singing. 

I thought it was a cd player because ny side view was actually blocked by windows. 

He told me it was a live band actually and  they are really really good. 

So, food time!  

Looking at food pictures now make me hungryyyy. 

Bread with diff sauces. 

The cream sauce is Still the best. 

Both of us think so. 

Scallop Org,  Rm55 

3 huge scallop with orange slices and salad. 

This is really good. 

Radicchio Risotto, Rm45.

It's a kind of Italian rice, with red wine sauce.

I couldn't really get use of the taste because Im Don't really drink alcohol,  or even wineeeee. 

It was Still good for wine lover. 

Very strong wine taste. 

Ravioli!  Rm38.

A type of pasta but in a dumpling shape with something(idk what is it) inside. 

Topped with tomato sauce and cheese! 

It was so so so good I got addicted to this. 

The best meat I ever had, Angus steak loin, rm95. 

The sauce, the meat,  eat it along with the mash potato, it was so so so heavenly!  

I wish they could just give bigger piece. Hahahahha.  

Marcus asked if I'm full and Still have space left for dessert. 

" I'm full, Yes, but Still have space for dessert."

Hahaahahah Hahaahahahh! 

So we ordered ice cream cake, Rm30. 

The best ice cream cake everrrrr.  

I want more: ( 

Now looking at this makes me crave for more ice cream cake.aiyooo.

My previous post did mentioned abt if a guy could deal with period girls, I'll be impressed. 

Well, didn't know I found one. 

Yeaaa.  Dealing with all my tantrums when I'm getting my period. 

My overthinking mind, yet he's there for me to listen instead of leaving me one side, let me throw all I want. Lol. 

I felt very very lucky. And having him is the happiest thing on earth.

There will be more steps ahead us.
