Hello ! IM BACK ! :)

I've been busy busy and busy these months with The Bakezilla. 

It took all my time till i abandon my blog again :( 

Ok la. Not only baking took my time. I spent my free time hunti g for desserts :x Heh! 

Anyway, lets see what i have here. 

Peach cheesecake. 

Specially arranged this for a mother's bday. 

Philadelphia creme cheese fill with fresh peaches and topped with peaches too! 

Peaches overload x) 

Then i started to work on my art. 

Im really really bad at drawing.

but hey, we'll make it work if we want it right ?

And i couldnt turn the special request down and i really really wanna do it. 

I felt so lucky and grateful that all my customers gave me at least 1-2 weeks in advance .

I used up weeks and hours to practice my drawing before drawing them free hand on cakes .

Feel the stress ? X.X

And a kid wanted a dolphin cake for her bday party.

Another one having safari jungle theme for her bday party !

Kids nowadays are so lucky ! 

I wouldnt wanna crush kids dreams right? 

And a company decided to make me their supplier for office event !

Im so so happy ! 

The first cake they ordered are red velvet and cheesecake. 

And... more to come  ;) 

Also busy experimenting new flavours. 

And fulfilling all customers request :D

The BakeZilla

This post may cause drooling.

Dont say I didn't warn you ahh. 

I currently started a new page on my own.

Not on Facebook yet , but on insta first.  

The reason why it's not on fb yet because I'm still thinking abt the cover photo  :x 

After weeks of brain juicing , I decided to say yes to The BakeZilla . 

And I keep experiment again and again for new flavours. 

I'm had some pink and kitty fettish,  so I created a pink cake as my first cake ! :) 

Succeed during my first attempt   :D 

Vanilla sponge fill with fresh strawberries and strawberry cream. 

Topped with cream cheese and cranberries. 

It's full of strawberries because I want everyone to have the fresh and juicy strawberries in every bite ! ;) 

A very refreshing taste. 

I actually turned it into cupcakes as well . 

But I doesn't want inside to be empty. 

So I fill them up with fresh strawberries and strawberry cream too ! 

So now everyone can have surprises ! Hehe. 

Do you know that late Michael Jacks on love strawberries cake too ?

Guess he love surprises too. Haha .

Decided to name this as Frosted Berries Cake  :) 

And something inspired by the late Sir Elvis Presley.  :) 

Do you know that his favourite food is peanut butter , banana and bacon bread ? 

Of course I'm not putting bacon into my cakes. 

So I just go with banana and peanut butter :) 

The banana sponge is made out from real bananas , no banana essence included. 

I actually mash them one by one so that the cake taste better and real.

Naming this as Rock N Roll because the late Sir Elvis Presley is the king of Rock and Roll ! :) 

Ahhhh. ! Another strawberry delight. 

Filling them up with strawberries , not a single gap ! :) 

Can you guess what is this ?

And it is the Victoria Cake.

Named after the Queen Victoria.  

Marcus say I should name this as The Duchess and I couldn't say no because it's a really nice name !:) 

Ohhh ! Smooth surface !

The classic , just the way everyone love it. 

Cheesecake ! 

And nth is better than cheesecake that made out from philadelphia creme cheese ! 

But there's once a customer told me to just play with it using my own senses and put anything I want as topping. 

So I put sugar,  spice and everything nice. 

Just kidding. 

I made some caramel, mixed it with walnuts and put it on top. 

But it does sounds like sugar, spice and everything nice too right ? Hehe.

Bits of Soul In Seoul

The other day , Marcus and I went out to have korean food as our dinner.

I COULD NOT SATISFIED MYSELF .

I admit, I miss Korea , I miss the food there, I miss the weather, I miss everything there 

T____T

Please bring me back there and pause the time, PLEASEEEE. 

One of the day where Marcus and I went for shopping till too late and we reached hotel at 10pm, only to remember, we havent got our dinner yet

So we walked around and realize all shops are closed.

The whole Myeongdong is closed too. 

Im was thinking, '' this time sure eat cup noodle liao lahhhh''.

But when we were on our way back to the hotel, we found this restaurant, which open till 4 in the morning.

DONT CARE, IM STRAVING, LETS JUST GO IN. 

Only to found out that they are selling chickensssss.

So fineeee. We ordered half chicken and a plate of squid. 

JACKPOT !

Its like the best chicken i ever ate. OMG.

Im drooling by looking at this picture ! T_T

Also the squid, its so spicy, but its too good. 

Comes with 3 roll of noodles, too much for us. 

I hope thats salad instead. HAHAHHAHA. 

The squid, the moment you bite it, all the juice will squirt out and fill your mouth ! 

I WANT MORE PLEASEEE.

Btw, this place is call BBO BBO CHICKEN. 

I remember the name but not the price because BBO BBO. HAHAHHAHAH. 

ok, i think im the only one who find it funny. 

We went to Lotte Mart somewhere else instead of Myeongdong because we actually forgot Myeongdong have one.

Its actually right across our hotel.

......

Damn fail , i know.

So we took a long train ride to Lotte Mart, packing with all the tourist for all the duty free stuff.

Its so troublesome because you need to show your passport, your flight number, flight time, and every single details -.-

And there's star avenue in one of the floor.

I went fangirling for N times -.-

OH ! this SMTOWN Stardium is in Lotte Mart Myeongdong. 

Dont say i never share okay !

After putting our stuff in the hotel, i went back to Myeongdong and try this.

I fail in this. I forget the price and the name T-T

But its pork rolled in rice cake ! :D

Look at them. We chose black pig and it tasted superb !

Xiu yok. So good so gooddddd !

No matter how full, I still have space left for dessert. 

So Marcus bought me this 20cm long vanilla matcha ice cream ^_^

Ok. its 3000 won. I remember this. 

That night i wasnt really happy.

I almost cry,wtf. 

And Marcus found out because im being extremely quiet that night. 

The reason is because, we're packing .

And Im not ready to leave.

I realized 8 days isnt enough . Not because I wanted to go more place, its because I just wanna have more days in my dream country. 

But Marcus try to comfort me and tell me time flies and Christmas will be soon . 

And we'll be leaving again for Christmas. 

So fine...

Haih. I SHALL JUST WAIT

We stuff our luggage bags till its so full that the boxes of our food are dented. 

LOLOLOL. 

I found J.estina while shopping at Paju . 

Oh, i forget to mentioned, there's a place where they sell all sorts of branded stuff at Paju Premium Outlet. 

Just like Malaysia's Johor Premium Outlet.

There's 4 floors, where you can shop till you drop. 

All duty free toooo. 

There's where i bought my J.estina handbag.

I thought it'll be very expensive because the ambassador used to be SNSD.

And now its G Dragon.

(this is how i found out abt J.estina at the first place) 

I bought mine about 260,000 won. 

The wallets are pretty too but Marcus bought me a Coach one during my bday . 

So i must stop myself from getting another new wallet. 

T__T

Different from handbag because Marcus say handbag must change according to what we wear . 

Which is quite true. So we only get a handbag. 

He also got me a Nike shoes. 

Must be a hint to call me go for exercise incase i grow fat

Nike at Paju is really really crowded. 

I got mine only for 20,000 won. 

But size is very limited. 

These are all the samples we got from buying all the cosmetics. 

THIS IS WHY I LOVE BUYING COSMETICS IN KOREA.

HAHAHHAHA. 

While you shop in Malaysia, they only give u 2 packets of samples when you proceed 100 and above.

Sometimes, they dont at all. 

Korea even gave me free masks. 

During my next trip, I could save some luggage weight and just bring all these samples there . 

EVERYTHING. 

They gave me serum, mask, eye cream, facial wash, toner, moisturizer, bb cream, foundation, sun block, body wash, body cream, pimple cream, lip tint and even mirror ! 

Feels like they have samples for one whole set. 

A must buy in korea :

Snail Mask from Tony Molly and Etude House. ( I bought 50 pcs of them. Because it works the magic) 

Aloe Vera gel ( I got mine from The Face Shop because theirs are 99% instead of 92%)

Hair Mask from Etude House. ( A MUST HAVE for dry hair like mine. I bought 20 pcs of that)

BEBE FOOT MASK from Etude House. ( Something that would help with dead skin peeling off . Only manage to get 3 boxes because its out of stocks :( But you only need to use once a month. So fine. ) 

Long Wear Cushion Foundation from Innisfree ( I bought 3 after trying one for days. The foundation stays throughout the day. I dont use BB cream because i found out it caused harm to my skin. LOL) 

We woke up really early the next morning to catch our 11.30am flight :(

We used up at least 1 hour to get our cash refund and q up for everything. 

And only have 20 mins to munch up what we bought for breakfast. 

We had these at Paris Baguette.

WHY YOU NO COME TO MALAYSIA ?

:( 

I had Salad and Marcus got himself Egg sandwich and egg tart. 

He also bought some macarons and popcorns for me because i always eat during long hour flight.

Not because im hungry. 

Its because im bored

T__T

All these cost us 20,000 won already.  :(

I think  we are broke for eating too much in Korea. 

But their popcorn and Macaron is a must try .

Then we had our last picture taken in Korea.

We look so so tired. 

Before boarding, we stopped by J.estina again and Marcus got me a necklace ! 

:D

So happyyyyy. 

But i still cant get my eyes off the purse x.x

There's few different range for necklaces. 

There gold and silver. 

Of course silver for me. LOL.

I couldnt get used to the weather here after we touchdown. 

And here I have Marcus keep repeating : Christmassss. We'll leave again on Christmas. Very fast oneeeeee.

So fine, I guess I'll just wait for Christmas  :(

At times, i think im getting more anti-social. 

I never really go out with my friends anymore, i doesnt want to at times. 

And because i decided to keep quiet during our next meet up, it will just bored everyone up and also bored myself up. 

There's always a quote : TALK LESS, LESS TROUBLE. 

Which i know its true. 

This is why Marcus has been annoyed by me because i would just talk to him or my parents only. 

But luckily Marcus understand. 

But also because i've been ffk last minute for so many times, i got really fed up .

You see, im very talkative if im close to you. 

I could talk for hours and wouldnt get tired. wtf. 

But i doesnt wanna talk to anyone else because i think i start offending people. wtf.

I didnt do it on purpose and i dont know wtf did i even do that offended someone else. 

It happened when i planned a surprised bday celebration for a friend of mine. 

Which is a fail one. LOL. Because everyone keep come to me and say '' fail la. ppl early also know already. So it wasnt that surprise but her acting quite good because she acted surprise.''

So, yuppp. Its a fail one. LOLOLOL. 

But heyyy, at least i put in some effort for planning and celebrating -.-

At least show some appreciation will do.

Anyway, I just came back from Bangkok that time. 

And we were sharing some travelling experience. 

One of my friend was sharing her experience to UK , and I was telling her about Bangkok because she never been to Bkk before and i of course never been to UK before. 

We had fun sharing good stuff to each other , abt what we bought and all.

While I was telling what I bought at Bkk,  i overheard my friend telling her bf  '' haihhh. you see she keep sai meng (show off) again. '' And the bf keep starring at me. 

I actually didnt overheard laa. She's actually sitting right infront of me and didnt really lower down her tone . So i heard.

While on our way home, i msg another friend and told her do i sounds like im showing off.

But she said no because we had fun sharing so many good stuff. So yeahh.

Different people different opinion i guess.

While some people doesnt get my sense of humor , they make it sounds so serious and i got screwed for joking. 

So fine, I'll just keep quiet the next time and so i wont offend anyone .

And i dont feel offended as well. LOL.

I think im too old for any drama. 

Trying to avoid while i can. 

Only my blog, Marcus and parents will listen to me

Ok. Done ranting. 

Soul in Seoul - One Mount / Insadong

Wanted to see snow all these while, because i never see any before :x

There's no snow in Korea when we were there. 

The receptionist in the hotel told us that there will be snow up the mountain on the mid of October. 

Which is the day after we left -_________-

So Marcus actually found a place call One Mount at Goyang. 

Its a mall that has snow park and water park.

Due to the weather, of course we went for snowpark instead. 

How to get there : Exit from Juyeop Station.

You could see GS25 mini mart on you left, cross the road and walk all the way straight. 

You'll pass by the park and from park you could see One Mount sign. 

While on your way there, you can see a traditional building.

Then we saw a board saying SNSD's Yoona film Mr.President and I here. 

And we took so pictures too. LOL.

I was running around and told Marcus : YOONA STOOD HERE . OMG OMG . 

HAHAHHAHHA. 

Entrance fees for snow park is 20,000 won per person. 

There's a rental of jackets , glove and helmets from 5,000 won onwards. 

Oh ! You can rent the ice skating shoes at 5000 won too.

I didnt. Traumatize after falling down previously and still having the scar till now :(

Go up to 3rd floor, and there's this thing outdoor as well. 

We were thinking to go back and play again after finish exploring the indoor.

But it was closed the 2nd time we went up.

Oh well, I guess they are open for certain hours only. 

Those in our backgrounds are actually cards for santa. 

So pretty isnt it ? :)

And you can act as a santa. 

Hello . Meet grumpy santa. 

Kidding. Im a happy santa ok?

HOHOHO. 

Oh! Theres also these adorable dogs here that would pull the carriage while you're sitting in it. 

But you have to pay 7000 won per person to have that one round ride. 

But i insisted that Marcus should push me while im sitting. 

So we saved 14000 won. 

hehehe. 

There's another room where you will see ice aka snow.

I was shivering like mad but Marcus say i could train myself for Japan because that will be the weather when we go to Japan .

wth. I suddenly feel like burning my ticket. 

On the 3rd floor again, they have all these traditional things where you can wear and used them as props to take pictures.

I do wonder is really elder than me that much -______-

After finishing our adventure, we visited caffe bene. 

They have cheesecake flavour too but it was sold out !

So we took Kiwi instead :)

With Ham and cheese waffle and cheese bagel. 

if you're not a fan of dry food, dont take the bagel. 

LOL. There's only cheese on top and it feel so hard to swallow because its too dry for us. 

Then we headed to some historical places .

This fat boy want to get the best shot but i cannot tahan the sun -.-

After that we headed to insadong .

Being fooled by ice cream man.

The turkish ice cream man. 

Look at the greedy faceeeeee.

Classic vanilla , strawberry and chocolate. Which has been everyone's childhood favourite.

The difference of turkish ice cream is there are not like normal ice cream. 

You can see the pic where i've been fooled, it wont drop even the ice cream is positioned up side down . 

Not to miss out in Insadong is traditional clothes.

The whole street, there will be people promoting you to go for traditional photoshoot. 

We went into one of it, 20,000 won per person. 5000 won extra for the clothes.

And no, we have to selfie instead of having a photographer to capture our picture for us. 

Suddenly felt got scammed. LOL. 

I chose my 2 favourite color, which is white and pink.

But the lady there told me im too short for adult dress.

They told me to go for kids size. 

..........

But i die die also want my pink and white.

So there, you see. Its really too long for me :/
